Let’s start talking about feelings. In the first phase of the process, we collect information about the vision, colors, and emotions that you want to convey on your wedding, and we prepare a style proposal with an approximate budget.

Once you have reviewed the proposal, we invite you to share your impressions and comments. Based on your feedback, we will create a second version of the proposal with all the necessary adjustments and details.

As soon as the proposal is approved, it is time to formalize our collaboration with the signature of the contract, the reservation of the date and a non-refundable first payment, as a sign of commitment between both parties.

Approximately three months before the wedding, we will send you an extended version of the proposal, including floral design sketches for each space and details about the feelings we want to convey at every moment of the celebration. At this point you can provide us with additional information about your outfit or any other relevant elements to complete the final proposal.

One month before the wedding, we will talk about the final number of guests to settle every detail. At this point, we will send you the invoice corresponding to the last payment.

On your wedding day we will take care of everything to exceed your expectations. One week prior the event, we all the flowers will be prepared to make sure they are at their optimum point, following the design we have defined for each space.

The elements that cannot be transported, such as the ceremony arch or the hanging installations, will be assembled in the venue, in coordination with your team (wedding planner, catering, photographers, etc.). And once the party is over, we will disassemble all the elements ensuring the minimal impact.
